Tomorrow is a big food holiday. How are you doing today? Are you panicking and freaking out? Or did you listen to Podcast #11 & #12 and feel set and ready to go?

When we overeat we do one of these three things.

🍪 Say agh screw it and give up on our goals.
🍠 Restrict ourselves today because we went over yesterday.
🏋🏼♀️ Punish ourselves in the gym to balance out the eating.

None of these options help you in the long term. I'm sharing the best strategy that can help you get past the holiday eating and get you back on track.
