Happy belated Valentine's day. I know Valentine's day was a week ago but I felt this still needed to go up because it applies to our relationships no matter what the season!

We’re in for our first and hopefully, our last, quarantine Valentine’s Day, which means most of us will be dining at home instead of enjoying a night out. The good news about having your Valentine’s Day dinner at home is that it will make it so much easier to have a meal that fits into your health goals!
I am a big believer in creating a lifestyle, not a diet so I want to help you design a Valentine’s Day dinner that you can actually enjoy!
