How many times have you been told that to lose weight you needed to eat less 🥗 and exercise 🏃♂️more? If you’re anything like me, you’ve heard it A LOT. Exercise more, eat less. Exercise more, eat less. Exercise more, eat less. It’s the old-school formula for weight loss. The problem with formulas and one-size-fits-all solutions is that we aren’t all one size! Instead of helping us be healthy, they get us stuck in the two extremes of weight loss: overeating and undereating.
Weight loss is never 🙅♀️ a one-size-fits-all situation.
